“We have never received our order and never told that the order had been cancelled due to problems with the supplier. I assume I have been refunded- I haven’t checked my account yet. And now I receive incorrect e-mails! This is an appalling way to run a business and I will obviously not be using you again.”

“Shocking service from start to finish order was never delivered due to a print issue. At no point did someone ring and say there’s an issue it had to wait til I contacted. I was then told it’s been fixed I should receive my order in about a week I waited 2 still nothing I emailed and you now had no idea my order where my order is. Asked for my money back was told it would be 2-5 working days that was 13 working days ago still not got my money back. Totally useless inept business. Absolute shambles”
