“Poor customer service and poor service too. I never received the item when it said I should have received it, so I rung them . I was told I would get a call back and it never happened, so I rung them again and then I got my refund.”

“Never arrived after 2 weeks emailed them. 2 days later they replied saying there was a corruption in the design file and I would need to reorder. They have send me the vouchers to cover this so I have reordered and now waiting again for delivery. How long would i have waited if I hadn't contacted them? Hopefully it will arrive this time”

“Couldn’t make the picture out, far too dark, and just large blobs, maybe my fault if the picture was too close. Such a shame, it was for my daughter of her dog we have just had to have put to sleep. The blanket is lovely quality though for the price”

“Well as the gift of personalised Marmite was never delivered I’m not pleased at all. To be honest I never felt comfortable using them from the outset. I’ve queried it with them and they come up with excuses about failing technology and then saying it’s been delivered. We’ll it hasn’t. I won’t be dealing with this bunch again.”

“Quality of blankets are good, think it needs bit of explaining for close up pictures, as bit blurred on the finished blanket, but looked OK on template. All in all a lovely present, hopefully will wash well and bring happy memories for people fo years to come.”
