Hi David Thankyou for your honest feedback. I can see that you have bought a microfibre beach towel from us - this is a lightweight and compact towel designed to take on travels. I can only apologise that this did not meet your expectations however it is typical of beach towels to be made this way. The item is clearly advertised as a beach towel on the website, and as such I won't be able to offer anything further for this complaint. In regards for our marketing and sales, I do hope that you understand that this is not deliberately intended to be unfair, much in the same way you may purchase something then see the item in sale the next day. Hi Kenneth Thanks for your honest feedback. This is an officially licenced product with Sheffield Wednesday, as such they have supplied us with the colours to use and have approved the product itself. This is the first time we have heard that the towel colour is not correct. But as it is an official product we will monitor our customer feedback to see if any one else raises this as an issue, and go back to the club if needs be. Many thanks, Tom
