Hi Laurence Thank you for providing us with feedback. Just so you know the towels are printed using dye-sublimation. This requires them to go through a heat-press in order to transfer the design onto the towel. As a result the towels will be flatter at first, but once they have been washed they will fluff up to the proper thickness. “Fantastic service and very helpful, ordered 2 Mr and Mrs beach towels and needed them for my son getting married abroard, not only were they helpful they made sure they were dispatched in time, my only fault was with DPD and the service they gave, custom gifts amazing DPD useless”
