I placed the order, which was fine. Unfortunately, the money was debited from my account and I didn’t receive an email to say the item had been dispatched. Still hadn’t received item, so emailed company about the non arrival and they did get back to me very promptly to apologise and put another one in the post. However, as of yet have still not received it.
