“Ironic to ask someone to write a review for an item that he hasn’t received yet and yes you might reply and say “oh no not our fault , it’s Yodels that are at fault but guess what “YODEL “ is chosen by you ,Paid by you , for a service that they don’t provide to your customers ! Sorry but don’t think I be using you again”

You're right - failure of the delivery company is our responsibility and we are constantly monitoring service levels to ensure that we are using the best courier we can. Hi Thanks for your honest feedback. I am sorry that we were running a little behind with orders. This is due to the social distancing measures we have had to put in place to ensure the safety of our staff. I do hope this is okay. I can now see that your item has been delivered. “Sneeze guard, Great product, ideally suited to my situation at a good price. Sturdy and stable. The hand sanitizer arrived separately as it wasn’t in stock but only a few days behind. Good customer service with a prompt reply to my email. Would definitely recommend.”
