“The personalised towel I ordered is just what I wanted & excellent quality. It was very easy to place the order & the towel was delivered really quickly. Very pleased with the towel & the service.”

“Placed order, paid then waited three weeks with no delivery. Contacted custom gifts for an update to be told sorry it's out of stock and won't be back in. Not good service would love to know at what point I would have been informed of this if I had not decided to chase up myself”

“Ordered personalised bedding almost a month ago. Emailed to be told it had been dispatched. Still haven’t received order. Emailed again, got ignored, received an email saying it had been delivered when it hasn’t. Was then told it would be dispatched end of the week. Terrible service And communication! And it didn’t arrive in time for my sons birthday!”

“Still waiting for my order been waiting a while I did send email & they told me it would be delivered that Thursday it’s been over another week now & still nothing so mailed them again & they basically told me same just different days I have now checked my email again & got one from them saying looks like it’s arrived if it isn’t the case pls contact us, we’ll I have been doing thst & don’t seem to be getting anywhere. I have got 3 pillows for my children, as we have sadly lost our pet. & needed these pillows to help with them getting g to sleep and still waiting not a happy customer & I would of used this site so many more times as well coz wanted to order a blanket next but I don’t no coz I’m still waiting on this one long wait. Just hope I do get my order very very soon.”
