“Avoid this company at all costs!! Customer service is terrible and blame customer for manufacturing faults. Ordered a bean bag and the bag inside the outer sleeve was burst. Emailed the company to try and get a new inside sleeve with beans but was offered a £10 refund as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ for a fault that was clearly made by the manufactor. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!”
