“Good service, Fairly fast return on grading etc (there is a backlog every now and then) Helpful staff and the course is guided through with good resources”

“The Level 5 DET course and website are well laid out and allow easy access. Craig Evans was a great support from start to finish and returned assignments results quickly and with good advice and guidance as required. You can work at your own pace throughout which allows you to complete this course alongside other commitments. Thanks again to Craig for the excellent support.”

“Good and speedy service including excellent supportive systems. A well conceived and up to date system and although the website was updated in the middle of my course nothing was lost and in fact the layout was of better quality.”

“This course is well laid out, and helped me immensely in my teaching. On top of that the support that I received was second to none. Always helpful and polite when ever I spoke to anyone. Really great training, would recommend to others.”

“I had a really good experience with gaining my qualification through CTC. I had a good introduction meeting via a zoom type platform. All the information was available through several access points including Moodle. Good reading list which was accessible. The information provided on each unit was insightful and relevant. I was able to complete in my own time around my full time work life. I wasn’t pressured in any way. I received constructive feedback on work units which were returned in a reasonable amount of time. I joined the Facebook group- which, though people complain a lot about all sorts of things, I found very helpful and a good place to ask other questions of my peers but also to help others where I could. I received my certificate within days of completion. Overall, great and would use again.”

Hi - thanks for your kind words on the knowledge and expertise of our trainers. We apologise for the time it took to mark certain assignments. This is due to a huge increase in submissions at the start of the year. We will be addressing this with some additional staff hires to cope with this. We hope you consider us for your next qualification!

“Absolutely loved the course. Chris and Andrew were very helpful and there when you needed them. I never waited long for my grades and the feedback was excellent. I completed the course and within a few days I received my certificate. I would recommend anyone that wants to achieve this certification to go through CTC training.”

“I really enjoyed the course. It was harder than I expected - and I learned much more than I expected. The support from the tutors is good and marking turnaround is quick. I failed a couple of assignments, but the advice and support ensured that I passed on 2nd submission. There is a very supportive Facebook community too. I received my certificate yesterday and feel a great sense of achievement. I'd highly recommend using CTC, I will definitely go back to CTC when I am ready to progress to Level 4.”
