“If you're studying for a CAVA be aware that the following with CTC Training is their policy.
Unit one, your personal knowledge in assessing
Unit two, assessing learners in your training environment
Unit three, you assessing the learner in their working environment
You need to be assessed by qualified assessors in the units 2 and 3. Its very unrealistic to achieve this unit 2 and 3, especially 3 if your learner work in industries other than an office.
This is not made clear when enrolling for the CTC Training CAVA.
Plus no one answers your messages.”

Regarding the ability to complete the course without access to qualified assessors, this is made very clear when signing up for the course across the course page on the website. This is visible across the FAQs listed on the website page, our specially designed suitability checker and the course page content itself, all of which can be found here - https://ctccourses.org/product/level-3-certificate-in-assessing-vocational-achievement-rqf/
We have invested a great deal of time and effort into creating these types of materials and making them easily available to potential learners to advise them of this. This is done to ensure that everyone who enrolls on our courses is able to gain their qualification- this is exactly what we set out to achieve at CTC Training!
In doing so, we have turned away thousands of potential learners.
Had you spoken to us, we also would have advised you of all of this during one of our free consultation calls.
Regarding the screenshot you have shared, this is a screenshot of the messaging feature available via the online learning platform. This is not a format we provide support via, and instead, we always encourage you to get in touch directly with your designated tutor, who would be able to assist with any of these queries. This is all made clear during the course induction sessions which you declined to attend.

“Good content, easy to follow training videos & good feedback from assessors.
My only gripe is that the best anyone can achieve is just a pass. There isn’t a grading on the certificate such as a merit or distinction. Therefore anyone limping over the finish will have the same qualification as someone whose work was exemplary.”
