“Just completed my level 5 DET with Mr Craig Evans, great tutor: always helpful and supportive. The course is easy to adapt to your own time and the feedback is really helpful. The platform works great with plenty of orientation materials. Craig communication is straight forward and make the course really easy going with quick feedback for a better progression and development in my career.”

“Just completed the IQA L4 course, great material to use. My tutor was really helpful in the feedback. Completed the course in my own time, which meant I could do it as quickly as I liked. Now looking into the L5 teaching qualification as well.”

“Excellent company for online training. The HLTA Course has been built and structured extremely well with all the tools, reading, starter reading material and support you will need to complete the course. Chris (my assigned tutor) was helpful, knowledgeable and so supportive the whole way through. He reacted quickly to submitted work so there was never too long to wait to have your work assessed. I would highly recommend CTC Training to anyone looking to increase their own personal development.”

“This is a great e-learning experience Chris and Andy or great people who are willing to help you at any time even sometimes beyond work hours. I enjoyed the course and it really challenged my capabilities but to get the end result is really satisfying. I have done training for many of years and this course has taught me more skills to move forward into other areas of teaching and training.”

“I have just completed a course with CTC fully online. Great communication and quick replies to modules submitted. I was not able to access tutor support as the times were when I was working so out of hours slots would be great if possible. But I did email.and got an answer quickly. Thank you everyone involved.”

“Thanks. CTC made this enjoyable and easy. You have to put the work in, but the feedback is fair and thorough. The support and guidance from start to finish was professional. “I have just completed two of CTC's courses and I found them to be really well run and well supported. The online information and tutor support throughout was excellent and although it was challenging at times, I got through the work and got my grades very quickly. “I really enjoyed studying my Certificate of Education and Training with CTC. The course material is very interesting and provides a solid framework for teaching in a classroom. My tutor, Craig, provided insightful feedback for each assessment in a timely manner. I would highly recommend studying with CTC to anyone who is looking to gain industry recognised qualifications.”

“Great company and great course!! I found the course to be really useful and logical. All the stuff you need is there for you, you just need to look!! Felt like a bit of a burden having emailed my tutor a few times but he was always quick to reply and really friendly. I would (and have) highly recommend!!”

“I would not recommend this company for training. I have had numerous issues with their online system which has not enabled me to complete the course modules. This has been ongoing since 2019 and I have had to keep extending the course. I informed the company of this by email on many occasions and they have ignored the issues. The learning material did not open for me on their learning portal, I was told this can happen but was not given a resolution. Upon raising a complaint they company were rude and offered no resolution. I have been now left with no option but to review and warn others. Upon telling the company I would review them they tried to use scare tactics, warning me to be careful if I review them badly. I am unsure what they are implying by this. My response was I will give a honest review which I am entitlement to do. I have completed many courses in the past up to degree level and have never had any issues or received such terrible training and support. I am drawing a line under this and have lost the money for this course and will be now sourcing a reputable company to train with. I’m sure the company will make its excuses, or even deny this happened, however there is no excuse not to support and provide learning materials to their students or to ignore emails when there are issues.”

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We always welcome feedback positive or negative. Having had the chance to review this particular situation we feel as though this review is very unfair. As you can see from our hundreds of positive reviews, we take great pride in our learning platform and on going levels of learning support offered by our dedicated tutor team. In this instance, however, we feel this review is more likely aimed at the fact we had to fail certain assignments. Unfortunately, it was found that some assignments were flagged for plagiarism, copied from online sharing websites. It is against our company policy and to accept these types of submissions, as well as our awarding bodies. Whilst there may well be some companies out there that would accept these types of submissions, we do not. The whole objective of learning with us is to develop individuals so that they are truly ready to take on their next role, whatever that might be and not simply a 'tick box exercise'. We wish you all the best with your new provider.
