“As first-time cruisers, we had very little understanding of how everything worked or what we needed to consider. After numerous calls, queries, and emails, Bethany at Cruise Direct guided us all the way to the finish line and helped get our cruise booked and finalised. We did need to make some compromises to stay within budget, but Bethany provided clear guidance, managed our expectations, and supported us in making the right decisions. We’re now incredibly excited for our New Year cruise and feel confident that we’ve chosen the right ship, itinerary, and cabin location. Thank you so much for the expert advice and for guiding us through every step of the process.”
