“Nicki sorted this special cruise with my family very quickly, finding the best value for the time we planned on travelling ( end of 2025) and let me know with a very rapid return call that the type of cabins we required were available and then rang back quickly telling me of a better deal if we travelled one day earlier. She was in touch by phone and email regularly with necessary information . From the start of my enquiry on Saturday to the confirmed booking this morning was less than 48 hours and the delay was at this end because it was not possible until this morning for family members to confirm for sure that this time off work could be booked definitely so far in advance.. otherwise the booking would have been made late Saturday or Sunday morning. Nicki sent me written confirmation of the booking very quickly and included a lot of important information and I got a rapid receipt for the deposit paid today. This was a better price than booking with the cruise company directly and I am very pleased with everything from start to finish. Very impressed so this lady gets a five star rating! Thank you Nicki.”
