“We recently booked a cruise with the help of Leanne, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From start to finish, she was friendly and incredibly helpful. When we ran into some unexpected issues with virgins system, Leanne didn’t just leave it to sort itself out, she went above and beyond to get everything resolved quickly and smoothly. She kept us updated, chased what needed chasing, and made sure we felt completely looked after throughout. It's not often you get that level of service these days. We’ll definitely be booking through her again!”

“Amazing service from Leanne who researched the options for next year for my Mum who needs an accessible cabin. These are hard to find but Leanne came up with a couple of options and I snapped one up. I'm very pleased with the service and the price cruisedirect.com were able to offer.”
