“Operator Sam was brilliant and went through everything with support and a very friendly personality. He actually assisted me in my requirements over and above and has secured us a real great deal within our budget. We secured the holiday then and there over the phone and as I had been on the Princess cruises last year was knowledgable with the company. So I was very grateful for his help and getting us a great deal in July 2022. Would recommend using Cruse 118 again. Thank you”

“Trying to change a booking wasn’t easy, had to ring 3 times and promised call backs on each occasion which never happened. Told multiple different stories about my options only when Emma O’Reilly took control out of her domain did I get a resolution and common sense. But for her wouldn’t use you again”

“I was not certain as to a choice of 2 Cruises , I was looking at ! Your Customer service Lady was excellent in emailing to me Options details, then discussing Details in order to assist me into choosing my booked Cruise. So I’m off to Barbados 14 days very soon !
