“So far so good, very straightforward, when I have needed help, eg, changing it a contact number, I just emailed and it was sorted within 24 hours. My parents had difficulty sorting the drinks package, sorted in 24 hrs. So not only are our parents going our grandparents are also going😃. Happy holidays x”

“Whilst the booking process went well the after sales service has been appalling. Whilst I appreciate that the current situation has affected everyone, especially the travel industry and the people that work in it, I have spent all weekend trying to make arrangements for my upcoming cruise. Either the after sales staff aren't doing their job or the interaction between your company and Royal Caribbean is in the gutter!”

“Well done Paula. You did a great job of answering all my questions and worked hard to get me the cabin we wanted on Azamara Onward's maiden voyage from Monte Carlo to Venice. It was refreshing not to feel pressurised by 'hard selling' and to be treated in a professional yet friendly way.”

“I contacted Cruise118.com after seeing a advert for cruises, they were very quick to respond a lady called Helen asked if I would like a quote , Helen wasn’t pushy or constantly asking if we was ready to book . The whole experience was very easy and straightforward and I would definitely use Cruise118.com again. Helen even managed to get us a discount. Excellent service.”
