“I absolutely love getting my box every month, love that I don’t know what I am getting until I open it, everything in the box is first class. The gin and all that goes with it to compliment the drink is great,”

“I have been a member since January what a great decision. I love the Craft Gin Club so exciting getting a Gin themed gift in the post (I know I paid for it but thats how it feels) each month. A great selection of gins, mixers, snack and other items every month. Great magazine too with some lovely drink or cocktail ideas. Its great value for money and I am more than impressed. Join today you will not regret. Thank you everyone at the club keep up the good work!!”

“I don't actually drink gin, however, the subscription was a present for my partner, the monthly gin box makes him very happy and in return everyone else happy!”

“Joining the craft Gin Club has been a real self indulgence, and I love it! I get so excited every month, when I receive my box. I am like a child at Christmas! I carefully unwrap each item and reveal the contents, then I photo it, and send to my Gin loving friends to make them jealous!! I find it, not only exciting, but excellent value. The way I look at it, is for the cost of going out and having a large gin every week I get a gin hamper every month! I also get access to gins and products that I wouldn’t normally. It’s a win/win Gintastic experience”

“only my wifes second package and it has not arrived i bought this as a Christmas present paid for the whole year. no reponse to my email, no phone number to be able to talk to anyone...”

Hi Elliott, I’m so sorry that your gin box did not arrive with you as expected this month. Unfortunately the extreme snowy weather conditions this month really turned things upside down at the Royal Mail and there were a few mishaps – however your box absolutely should not have been marked as delivered when it hadn’t been, and we understand that this is very frustrating. As our customer service team is very small we don't currently have a telephone line, as we would hate for our members to be left on hold for too long. As the team grows in size, a phone line is something we hope to introduce. Our normal working hours are 9-6 Mon - Fri, but we do our best to ensure any urgent emails are answered as quickly as possible. I can see that we were able to get back to your Saturday email correspondence on Monday morning, and that you happily received your replacement box on the Tuesday. We're very happy to hear that this issue was resolved quickly, and we welcome any feedback you may have – please let us know at members@craftginclub.co.uk -Eloise

“I love the club but my delivery due today is seemingly lost!Royal Mail tracking says it’s delivered but not here.They even gave a specific time ‘when they delivered’.Disappointing and worrying as to where my package is.Royal Mail cannot be contacted at all.”

Hi Jennifer, I’m so sorry that your gin box did not arrive with you as expected this month.
