“I've been with Graft Gin for a year now. Never had a problem, until this Decembers' box. My Gin should have been delivered on the 4th December 2020 but it still hasn't arrived (now the 14th December 2020). Tracking has it stationary for two weeks now. After a few emails to Craft Gin, I received an apology and told that Royal Mail are very busy during December and I should wait a little longer. Patronising? just a tad! I get that this is mainly a Royal Mail issue, but I'm not their customer and the communication from Craft Gin is lacking which has prompted this review. If I was kept in the loop with some communication I wouldn't have written this review. I'm just left in limbo, unable to contact Royal Mail because I'm not the sender / Customer and because I'm not told otherwise by Craft Gin, I don't know what's being done to chase the Gin Box, if anything at all. No impressed with the lack of communication.”

“Was delivered exactly when it said it would. Excellent price for what little gems are included in the box. Don’t forget to read your magazine before sampling your box as it gives excellent tips and advice.”

“As an introduction to the CGC, the December Box has set the bar high for future purchases. As this is being shared by two people, it would be better if there were equally divisible options, e.g. two or four tonics included, two pack of nuts, etc., but this is a minor negative in an otherwise positive experience. We've enjoyed two of the recommended cocktails and look forward to trying the gin with other tonics and in different cocktails. Most definitely value for money as an introductory box - will be interesting to see if the next one (at full price) is more than the sum of it's component parts. I've not needed to contact CGC for any assistance, so cannot comment on their responsiveness in this situation. I have shared codes with family and friends who were impressed with the contents and so hope they enjoy their gin journey too.”

“I ordered a lockdown 80th birthday gift for my Dad (quarterly subscription) and he absolutely loves it! I am really pleased with the subscription, can not fault it in any way; quality, packaging and timely delivery. It's also a little bit exciting to see what's in it, despite it not being mine - a word of warning, if you order it as a gift send it directly to their home address as this is a gift you don't want to give away! If you are looking for something a little bit quirky this is perfect! I would definitely recommend Craft Gin Club.”

“Had 3 boxes so far, loved everyone. I've not always liked the perfect serve (not a fan of the spices in the dried kits) In some ways opening the box is the best bit for me. Am not a massive tonic fan but these boxes have opened my eyes. The snacks have been fantastic and loved by all in my house. I think it fantastic value for money a real treat for me.”

“I love Gin and I love to try new Gins. So far I’ve not been disappointed with any of the offerings from the Craft Gin Club. Not only do you get unusual gins you also get some great mixers and snacks. I love the way you can easily alter the frequency of your boxes too. It’s a winner all round x”
