“This was my first box I have no problem with the delivery or box the only thing was the crisps were open but it was fine me husband and daughter still managed to eat them. The gin as nearly gone really enjoyed it looking forward to the next one. Going to try all the goodies at the weekend with the rest of the gin”

“Yodel delivered my box, it was rather late at night but he did apologise. However, I am a little concerned moving forward looking at most recent reviews. The box itself is great and packaged very well indeed.”

“The delivery did not come as yodel said-I waited in all day.After 2 days of long webchats( also waiting a long time to connect to a chat) my box arrived to a neighbours location I did not want to bother & it was damaged -the crisp packet split & broken crisps distributed through my box .I have photos but cannot download.Gin club sent me a standardised reply which was of no use.I have reluctantly cancelled my Membership”

“Lots of bad shipping reviews below. Suggest CGC take this seriously - paying for things and not getting / or even getting your money back, puts them in the British Airways box. And they have the worst customer service known to human kind. My box however arrived, on time, and i'm a happy customer.”

“This was my first box and I have been debating for a while whether to join. I know I have made the correct decision. The box arrived on time with a lovely selection of extras with the gin and love the magazine too. Wish I had joined earlier!!!”

“Absolutely loved the box! Great cocktail mix and snacks. My only downside is the big plastic, but that’s to protect the gin bottle so not sure what the alternative would be.”
