I apologise for the incorrect package delivery and the inconvenience of you having to arrange a second courier. That's certainly not what we want for our customers. My notes show our driver communicated with you by phone for directions to your location and we understood the item was left with the reception desk. While tracking places the driver on your street, I'm truly sorry if the delivery was inadvertently made to a neighbouring building. Please send me the receipt for the alternate courier service you paid for to andy@courierexpert.co.uk and I will compensate you for this.

“Our driver was brilliant. He was friendly, timely and happy to load all of the items we needed. He double and triple checked which items were for which drop off point to make sure everything arrived as it should. Thank you for your help - I would highly recommend Courier Expert!”
