“Excellent service. Delivered vital medical supplies from Somerset to Suffolk at not much more than 12 hours notice. Accidently left these supplies behind when loading car to go on holiday. Tracking was reassuring that stuff was on its way. I don't think it was easy for them to find a driver but they did it.”

“Fantastic service all round. Very easy to book with quick confirmation. Been able to track the van in real time was very helpful and the friendly driver calling me to say he was ( minutes away was very helpful. Great value and will use again.”

“Just excellent. At very short notice (night before) delivered a bag of absolutely vital medical supplies 250 miles across southern England - I accidently left it behind when loading my car to go on holiday. Tracking worked and gave added peace of mind that stuff was on its way the next morning. Thanks to driver Martin as this was difficult to arrange.”

We definitely want to clear a few things up and address your concerns. First, regarding the live chat, it's actually available Monday to Friday. Since your booking was on a Saturday, we provide telephone customer service for weekend queries, and we understand you were able to get assistance through that channel. We apologise if this wasn't clear beforehand. As for the live tracking, we completely acknowledge the issue. We've confirmed that the driver had it turned off, which is absolutely not the standard we expect from our team. We're actively investigating this and will be taking appropriate action to ensure this doesn't happen again.
