“I am a PA. I was contacted by my director who was in a conference in a hotel in Birmingham. He urgently needed an envelope to reach Edinburgh that same day. I found and contacted Courier Expert via google. They took the details, gave me a quote and an estimated time of collection and delivery. Indeed the parcel was collected, I was notifed by email of the courier's actions throughout the process. The parcel arrived at the Edinburgh offices within the estimated time slot and I received confirmation of delivery and signatory. Possibly one of the most professional, well conducted services of this type I have experienced. I would not hesitate in recommending the company. Customer service at its finest.”

“Absolutely fantastic, another courier service let me down twice and left me in the deep end on the 9th hour!! You guys were able to take a call at 12:30 and successfully deliver to the TV studio by 16:00 Haslemere to Peterborough! We literally couldn't have done the show without the items you delivered! Simply amazing! Thanks so much guys!!!!”

“After a couple of comparisons, I opted to use Courier Expert to send 2 urgent packages into West London, a notorious traffic nightmare but the items were delivered before the time stated and my clients were over the moon so price became secondary as the service was just exceptional and the packages were delivered with speed and safely - more so important is the instant trust I now have from the client so yes definitely will use them again and recommend to others who want to be sure of Expert and Timely service.
