“We needed some documents delivering the same day. After looking on the Internet and having little success with the very limited choice of couriers in our area I contacted Courier Expert. They were very helpful and were able to collect and deliver that day. I was very impressed with the way they keep in touch throughout the process, sending emails from obtaining an initial quote, to confirm collection, to confirm delivery, which is reassuring when sending documentation. They were also reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.”

“Not easy to make the booking. Driver did not turn up and then had to make several calls to get another driver assigned which made the timescale very tight for delivery on a deadline dependant time.”

“The courier arrived later than the 80 minute timeframe specified, due to traffic. He was polite, but this was unnerving for me, so being kept updated on this the ETA by the company by text would have given the service 5 stars. However, the package arrived at its destination before time and the driver contacted me to ask for further instruction as the recipient was not at home to accept delivery. The company also called to suggest options after which the courier delivered to a neighbour. Head office provided me with the necessary proof of receipt.”

“The customer services people were great, very helpful and flexible when I later changed my pick up and delivery time. Unfortunately, the courier still turned up at the original time rather than the re-arranged time leading to me having to make some last minute rearrangements.”

“Fantastic. We had a delivery on the same day that needed to be in Winchester from the Midlands area. Fast, efficient and very helpful service. Will definately use them again. E-mail tracking, so we were informed at each stage where the delivery was and when it was delivered. Our customer received the order in under 3 hours and very happy.
