“very unprofessional delivery guy! he clearly opened envelope which he had to deliver to me and checked out what's inside! everything was ruined,because everything leaked out! always used this company ,but first time this driver was not good at all. sad experience.”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Following your review, we conducted a thorough investigation, including a detailed discussion with the driver. We learned that the package was already open and leaking when it was collected. While our driver intended to be helpful by proceeding with the short delivery despite the condition, this was not the correct procedure. We have since reinforced our policy with all drivers to refuse any damaged or leaking packages at the point of collection to prevent issues like this. We sincerely apologize that your delivery did not go as planned and are taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
