“Excellent service from start to finish. Collection driver rang as requested to let us know our parcel had been picked up. Every step of the we were kept informed by email. The parcel was delivered to us on time, in perfect condition and by Thomas Dawson a very polite and friendly guy. What more could you ask for and if the opportunity arises we will certainly use your services again.”

“I was very satisfied with the whole process from arranging collection to delivery. The person I dealt with on the phone was most pleasant and polite. Although collection was scheduled for 8-30am the courier contacted me to ask if he could pick up the parcels the night before. I was happy to agree and he came about 9pm as arranged. I received an e-mail to confirm that the parcels had been delivered which was reassuring. I would use the service again without hesitation.”

“Like me, I am sure most people use this same day courier service in an emergency situation. I have to say that Courier Expert exceeded expectations. I really appreciated how I was kept up to date with 1) when the driver had been allocated, 2) when the goods had been picked up and 3) when they were delivered. The package arrived in good time and it was all round an incredibly positive experience. Would definitely use them again. The chap on the phone who organised everything was also very polite and helpful.”

“May I just say the service has been amazing – the order taker was fast and friendly, the driver turned up on time, he seemed to know what he was doing so felt ok passing over the case, and low he did know his way, the suitcase is delivered. Disaster averted - my son returning to uni Had forgotten his books! I could not face the 5 hour drive again in the same day so great job Tricia”

“The service we received was excellent. The courier arrived on time and knew exactly where he was expected to go and how long it would take. He was extremely professional and despite the roads in the village being closed due to resurfacing and the office drive being closed as well he found his way brilliantly and returned on time . We would certainly use this service again and also recommend it. Many thanks.”
