“Excellent service from this courier company from start to finish. The driver arrived at the collection point for my two small furniture items on time, photographed my items before starting the journey, to the app, where I could see them on his vehicle. The journey from west Berkshire to southeast London was nonstop and consistent and I was able to track him live along the route. The driver also notified me five minutes prior to arrival at my address, as requested during the booking process where this option is offered. My items arrived on time and in perfect condition, the driver, Mohammad, was professional friendly and efficient. I’ve never used courier expert before, they have been fantastic from start to finish. Their detailed app is fantastic and the live tracking is accurate and miles better than anything Royal Mail or parcel force could ever offer. All round fantastic communication and outstanding customer service that doesn't disappoint, I couldnt recommend them highly enough.”

“Not great – loved the booking process but then the updates were poor – the driver went to the wrong collection point despite the correct address being on the booking. He then seemed to go wrong and it took way longer than expected to deliver – will probably look elsewhere next time which is a shame as there was a lot to like – perhaps I was just unlucky but not sure I would take that risk again.”

“Your courier failed to deliver to the recipient. He was specifically told not to leave at reception and his photo at collection shows the correct place and person within the Court where the package had to go.. He ignored the instructions”

Dear Terry, thank you for your review. We take delivery instructions seriously and we're sorry the outcome wasn't what you expected. Our driver has confirmed that on arrival he was refused access to the court and was instructed by reception staff to leave the parcel there. While this differs from the original delivery note, he followed the direction given to him on site.
