“Courier was scheduled to come within 15minutes of 'package ready' but didn't contact me about delays. I called to check and they had a 'tire puncture' so arrived 45min after 'package ready'. Courier had a friend in the car, smoking (they promised me they wouldn't smoke around the package) Courier did NOT go straight to destination, they took an hour's detour as per GPS 'to get gas' - I called to check up. Because they didn't go straight to the destination, my boss had to prepare a plan B as he could not wait any longer. The delay throughout caused extra stress on both ends. Would not book this courier again.”

Hi Jenny, I'm sorry, this fell well short. A puncture happens, but you should have been told about it rather than having to call us, and the smoking, the passenger and the diversion are all things I'm taking up directly with the courier.
