“Courier Expert provided an excellent same-day delivery service. From the moment my parcel was collected until it reached its destination, I was kept fully informed with regular updates from both the company and the driver, Mathew. “Not a great experience, Very poor service as the first driver to collect at 12 noon cancelled last minute., a second driver was supposed to arrive at 13:18 which didnt arrive until 14:35. he was too late to deliver to my second address and had to deliver to my customers residential address. Lost all faith in Courioer expert after this and won't be using you/them again.”

Dear Mark, I'm sorry — this wasn't good enough, and I understand why you've lost confidence in us. The first driver cancelled due to a vehicle fault at short notice, and the replacement arriving at 14:35 instead of 13:18 cost you the original delivery window and left your customer's address as the only option. “I have used Courier Expert occasionally, but every delivery has been delivered before time and in an efficient and pleasant manner. It is great to be able to track the delivery so that you can advise the recipient that the package will be there shortly. The cost of every delivery has been fair and a simple system to get a quote, be allocated a driver and confirmed ready to go easily at any time of the day or night when arranged and booked and paid for. Comprehensive invoice available to keep the book-keeper happy too!”
