“Easy to book online but with one exception. I required two rooms at the offer of a Romantic Short Break. After booking the first room, I was unable to book a second room on your website and had to call the hotel direct. They were extremely helpful and so accommodating that I was given another offer. Perhaps there could be information on your website as to how many rooms are left at any one time? Thank you.”

“Accessing the hotels is easy. The amount of information about hotels is very good. The booking process is quick and easy. I liked the instant acknowledgement of the booking which is reassuring and the opportunity to book and clarify the restaurant booking.
