Trading grain and milling flour in the heart of the Cotswolds since the 1800s. Now Cotswold Flour stands at the forefront of organic farming and innovating with new lines from regenerative agriculture today.

“Cotswold Flour is very good quality and the delivery of the 5x1.5kg packs is very efficient. The organic strong white flour is what I use to bake my bread and the loaf comes out perfect every time.”

“Apart from the quality of the flour, which in my opinion is second to none, the whole process of ordering online is painless. 10 bags of flour delivered promptly and totally intact. I have recently moved to organic, so it was great to find an organic version of Cotswold Crunch. It makes the best tasting bread!”

“I absolutely love the Einkorn flour to make bread with. I am gluten intolerant, but using a sourdough recipe, my body can process this. It is delicious and nutritious! It makes delicious and filling pancakes as well.”

“I have used the white and wholemeal bread flours for sourdough and had fantastic results. The sourdough starter is reliable and beautifully bubbly and results in a very soft bread. Looking forward to trying more in the range of flours.”

“Ordered a few times from Cotswold Flour and never been disappointed. It starts with their wide choice of flour available for mail order. The individual loaf mixes are brilliant and work really well even in a bread making machine.
