“Haven't bought a packet of blotting paper bread for ages now, thanks to Mathews Flour. Thanks also for their site, full of tips, and recipes, where I have learnt so much about baking your own bread. All the different types of flours, and breads there are, and how to bake them. Hot cross buns, rolls, burger buns. you name it, I've baked it. The grandkids love them. The quality of their flour is top notch, and delicious. Many thanks to all those at Mathews.”

“Cotswold flour is fantastic. I do however have a slight gripe about your delivery service as it appears that the customer comes secondary to their delivery service. For a delivery where I'm paying for the service I would expect better communication and timescales. One delivery I was not informed that it had been delivered until the day after and that it had been delivered to a neighbour who was new to the area who lived across the road a number of doors up from my home ! She did not inform me that she had taken in my delivery!”

“Sadly two bags were split on opening causing a loss. Managed to save one bag but the other scattered all over the floor. I think packaging could be improved. Possibly boxed. However the remaining flour was good and have already had two wonderful loaves to enjoy. Nothing wrong with the flour. Just need the packaging to be improved.”

“Been using different flours from supermarkets for years with different results but I’m in love with baking bread now I’ve found Cotswold flour I just want to bake bread every morning I get up it’s become an obsession I love trying out the different flours in the range you just know it’s great quality and good for you unlike a lot of the stuff from supermarkets I’m well hooked on Cotswold flour now below is my first ever sourdough made with Churchill white & Cotswold crunch 😁👍”

“This is the best flour to use for home baking. The taste and texture are far superior to anything else I have tried and it just makes a fantastic loaf of bread. We use the pizza flour for all our garlic bread and pizza creations and can never go back to shop brought garlic bread or pizza. The delivery service is great too. Thank you for making the best flour!”
