“The flours have all given excellent bread consistency. The Cotswold Crunch is just the right amount of granary taste without being too harsh for my digestion. It works well with my Panasonic breadmaker granary bread recipe. I'm looking forward to having the time to hand make some more 'artisan' breads usnig their flours”

“Order arrived as promised in secure packaging. First loaf(ves) was 60% Belle Blanc /40% stone ground Wholemeal, 70% hydration. It can be a difficult sticky mix at best of times and unfortunately I only had slightly out of date dried active yeast available. However the quality of the flour came to my rescue and in spite of my worries, the bread proved well, and the bake produced probably the best wholemeal loaf I've produced. Will slip in a bit of Spelt flour next time. I've now got some in date yeast and look forward to even better results. I will definitely order from Cotswold Flour again. I highly recommend their Flours and Customer Service.”
