“I tried to reserve four rooms for 48 hours so that I could confirm that the venue was acceptable to four couples who meet up annually. This was not possible. I did not think that my request was unreasonable since I was potentially offering about £2500 worth of business!”

“we found the website a bit difficult when it came to specifying our room choice. Decided to telephone and spoke to Chrissie, who was very helpful indeed and sorted things for us. Hopefully the hotel will meet our expectations.”

“Ellenborough park Hotel Amazing place . Staff so courteous and friendly . Our room was a deluxe room which was huge and so elegant. The food was superb in both the horsebix and the main restaurant. The deal we had was excellent value. Can’t wait for day two to explore the area .”
