“Kirsty dealt with my booking in a very friendly and efficient way. I had a query about which room number was available, Kirsty phoned the hotel and then phoned me back with the answer. She was also able to resolve an issue with the password held on the system for my account with Cotswold Hotel Breaks, this then allowed me to successfully log in.”

“amazing website! very easy to use, found my hotel in 2min and the offer was really amazing! And I had to talk to Rachel this morning for a special request on my bedroom and it was solved in the moment. So very happy for the moment. I have all ready forwarded to 3 different friends”
