“Excellent!! Simple booking process , instant confirmation, , great price was a better deal than booking direct, contacted hotel next day to book dinner and spa with no problems, looking forward to weekend celebrating my wife's 50th!!!”

“Easy to use. Made booking a hotel room in the Cotswold area very easy. Not sure all our requirements have been passed on to the hotel as no mention of a walk in shower on our booking confirmation.”

“The phone was answered quickly and the lady I spoke to was very efficient,helpful and friendly. She explained everything clearly and with a really lovely manner. Booking was made really easy, especially for someone like me who does not like booking online. The website was clear and included all the information needed.”

“I don't like booking things on line I'm afraid so I made my booking over the phone. The lady I spoke to was lovely! She was able to answer all my questions an give me some good advice and ideas to enable me to enjoy my time in the Cotswolds mire fully. Thank you for being such a knowledgeable and caring company.”

“I would have booked on line but as my wife has had a hip replacement I needed to make sure that the room I was booking had a walk in shower so I rang Cotswold Hotel Breaks. Kirstie answered my call and couldn't have be more helpful with such a pleasant manner. I highly recommend this company, it remains to be seen what the hotel's like!”
