“Easy to use. Made booking a hotel room in the Cotswold area very easy. Not sure all our requirements have been passed on to the hotel as no mention of a walk in shower on our booking confirmation.”

“Very straightforward booking process online, however due to some technical issues I was unable to make the final payment using my mobile. I had to start the booking process over again on an iPad and the it worked OK.”

“A very good selection of hotels and far better than your competitors in this field. Reasonably easy to book online & the only criticism is that you can only get a voucher if you are forced to cancel, I would suggest that you receive a full refund if you have to cancel up to three months before the date of arrival. This is a minor point and I have used your firm before with excellent results and that is why I have made a further booking. Mr John Aston Parker.”

“Would have liked to have known that the room we had booked was in a separate building, before we had booked. As in our experience, theyre always very cold and you have to go outside to use other facilities.”

“Easy to book and value for money, however communication between Cotswold Hotel Breaks (CHB)and the Hotel booked is not good. I booked two rooms, unfortunately, guests in room two had to cancel, I advised both the hotel and CHB. When we arrived the reception team had no knowledge of the cancellation therefore the room remained empty.”

“All the staff,I spoke to were very friendly,polite,helpful and curtious. They listened to my request and accommodated me accordingly. The calls were always answered promptly. Extremely happy with the booking service,although the confirmation from the hotel took a while.”

“We booked our weekend away at Widbrook grange hotel, which was a lovely place with open fields that you could walk around, the rooms were old rustic looking and decorated nicely, and the food was well cooked and tasted lovely. the staff were very welcoming. We had a voucher to use with this company and the website was easy to navigate with the aspect of attaching the code and paying any additional money, easy to get in contact via phone as well if required”

“Site looked interesting, if my spring break is smooth and successful as advertised I will confirm my recommendation. Confirmation emails are numerous and a little confusing as some overlap with the hotel. Some good detail however, 2 further adverts in 2 days is a little heavy!”

“Before I booked this stay I called Cotswold Breaks directly as I was concerned to if I was not able to make this booking date owing to a family member being very I’ll. The companies representatives was very helpful and reassuring to me concerning transfer of date or credit back of booking cost less £35 handling fee.”
