Said my item was no longer available but is still on there website at 4×the price.still waiting for my refund and still no reply to numerous emails I have sent.

Thank you for your feedback, I can confirm the original item was shipped into the UK, however with all the problems the country is experiencing with containers we haven't been able to get stock from the container. To rectify this issue we have been able to source another manufacturer to supply this product based in the UK. Due to supply and demand, the product is slightly more expensive and now has a Delivery lead time of 3-4 weeks. As a business, we are working very hard to keep up with all the changes going on due to supply and demand and container shipments not coming into the country and trying to communicate any changes to our customers. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you for the review and I'm glad you happy with your product and service.
We ordered 2 barstools in TEAL and received them in dark green. So far, Cost Cutters have told us that if items are returned a “re-stocking” fee will apply, but we are still waiting (3 days) for an answer from your “customer services “ as to how much that fee is. Will never use this company again.

Thank you for your review and i am sorry that you are not happy with your product, i have check the email trail and i can see that we have been In touch with you since the 16th September and we did advise that we needed to email the supplier and get the return charges confirmed. Like most furniture that is returned you will receive a charge as they are large items and as the item wasn't faulty it just wasn't the shade your required we can not claim costs back from the carriers, it is always worth checking the refund/ returns policy's when ordering large items.
I was not told i would have to wait untill a week before christmas before i recieved my order, not happy.

Hello Ralph, Unfortunately the item you ordered is on a longer lead time due to the manufacturer having difficulties sourcing materials because of the current situation, it has caused delays and a back log of orders. However we have not stated a lead time on our website and asked customers to contact us for this information to try and manage the expectations. I was very impressed with Ms Becky Garbett's people's skills, she was very helpful from the outset right through to delivery. Ms Garbett pulled out all the stops to ensure that this order was perfected, she returned calls, called back when she said she would and responded to emails promptly. Ms Garbett took the stress out of a time of the essence situation. If we ever need to order more chairs in the future I will certainly contact Costcutters again.

I was pleased with the products I received. There was a hitch with one item, but when I raised this with the customer service team they were polite and understanding in their approach. They responded the same day and resolved the issue efficiently and to my satisfaction. In times where online ordering is an unknown in terms of understanding who you're dealing with, it is immensely reassuring to know there is a human team there to help if you need them. I was really pleased with the service I received, specifically from Tia, and how they handled my queries. Much appreciated.

Afternoon Thank you for taking the time to write a review, however on this occasion I feel your comment is a little unfair, you contacted ourselves about a parcel carrier label that had missed part of the name off that was being delivered to a cargo hold, unfortunately we do not print the consignment notes the carrier company does, i can confirm your goods arrived in time and got to where they had to, I also contacted the other manufacturer and courier for you as requested and made sure that the contact name and cargo details where fully visible, so on this occasion I don't feel we could have done anything differently for you and I am sorry you feel that our actions where not enough.
I placed an order and when i log on it says the order is complete but I haven't received the items. On phoning I find out it will be 6 weeks to receive them!

Afternoon Nicola Thank you for your review i can confirm that only 1 item is delayed and you are correct it will be with you beginning of September unfortunately many items are being delayed coming in to our country thanks to Brexit and with all the new checks and regulations deliveries are taking longer that we would like, we are doing our best to fulfil our customers orders and keep you up to date on delays. I can confirm your other item will be with you next week. Again i do apologise for any inconvenience cause and you are welcome to choose an alternative carpet and i will happily check stock for you.
