Dissapointing that no discount / free delivery available when requested for a not for profit organisation, but as soon as the order is placed a "thank you we would like to give you £50 OFF when you spend £500 (ex vat)" is immediately sent. Leaves me feeling dissapointed and concerned re the type of company I am dealing with. Delivery date not confirmed at checkout - Latest date confirmed as 31.05.24 so delivery on time box ticked as no.

Ordered furniture, was told on ad 2 - 3 days only to find after paying it was going to take over a month to get my furniture! If something is out of stock, then say it’s out of stock! I should have been given the choice of ordering it or finding something that was in stock. I just hope the furniture is worth waiting for…..Watch this space I guess 🤦🏼‍♀️

The order I placed said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 working days and I have not yet heard whether my order has been dispatched or when it will arrive.

Thank you for your review, you ordered on line on the 3rd May and unfortunately we where then made aware of a slight delay on your delivery and I can only apologise for this however an alternative product was offered to you on the 5th, this does happen occasionally but we will always do our best to find an alternative item for our customers but I believe that you are happy to wait for your delivery, and we thank you for your patience.
It seems strange to me that you are asking for a review when you haven't even dispatched the item . Why not ask after the item has been delivered + then i can let you know how what i think of it + your services. Thank you

Hi Paul This was sent as your chair was dispatched and delivered with in 2 days, so it sent to you automatically, apologies.
Easy to order but initial order stated a range of how many days until delivery and to expect an email for the exact expected date. I have not received an update yet and I ordered 7 days ago.

I ordered a lunch trolley, have received invoice but no expected date for delivery . So as no feedback yet and no goods to rate I cant really give more than average right now.

Thank you for your comments, this item is on a 4 week lead time as per our website so we haven't got a confirmed delivery date just yet as it's a little too soon. However, I have emailed the manufacturer and asked just in case for you, once we have this information we will send an email to confirm. Kind regards Customer Services
Notification of delivery date was poor. Although a delivery date was requested as the building was unoccupied it was not forthcoming. It was fortunate that someone was at the building when the delivery arrived.

As we operate business to business, deliveries are made between 9-5 although delivery dates and times can be requested we cannot always guarantee them as we do not hold stock. I placed an order and when i log on it says the order is complete but I haven't received the items. On phoning I find out it will be 6 weeks to receive them!

Afternoon Nicola Thank you for your review i can confirm that only 1 item is delayed and you are correct it will be with you beginning of September unfortunately many items are being delayed coming in to our country thanks to Brexit and with all the new checks and regulations deliveries are taking longer that we would like, we are doing our best to fulfil our customers orders and keep you up to date on delays. I can confirm your other item will be with you next week. Again i do apologise for any inconvenience cause and you are welcome to choose an alternative carpet and i will happily check stock for you.
Ordered 25 tables on 19th June for a new building, main reason to proceed was delivery on the website was 2-4 weeks. Received email saying it would be 7 weeks. Website still showing delivery of same items of 2-4 weeks. Have to open at 50% capacity. Rest of survey cannot be completed as I have another 5 weeks before delivery

Thank you for you review and i am sorry that the item you require have been delayed, if you need a delivery sooner please contact us at customer services and we will do are upmost to find you an alternative, delivery dates are changing daily with the manufactures so it is always worth checking the stock levels when ordering especially if goods are needed for a certain date or for an invent, we are always happy to help. please send us an email with your order number to customerservices@costcuttersuk.com and i can look into this for you.

My first experience with Cost Cutters went fine until the day after I thought my transaction was completed I was asked for extra transport money. Apparently I was not made aware that there was a minimum number of bench units for free delivery,. I had ordered, and paid, for four. This was slightly disappointing but I will get over it!!

Chair seat arrived with piping split, only able to check this after driver left and opened package. Immediately emailed Alison Moylan, but as yet on 1 November had no reply from her regarding this matter. We ordered a chair, website said it was available, they took our money and we had to phone only to be told we will have to wait a month for delivery. The customer care agent was lovely and tried to help with alternative but website is obviously not the best.
