Still waiting to receive my order. Placed on 12th January. Advised it would arrive on 5th February. When it didn't arrive I had to chase up to be told that it would now be delivered sometime w/c 19th February. Asked if I could cancel order as it was too late for my needs. Was told I would have to pay £25 to cancel! Agreed to keep the delivery order and emailed on 20th Feburary to see if the delivery would indeed be delivered w/c 19th February. New delivery date is now 27th February...

The delivery service is terrible. I purchased a chair. There was not way to track it. The tracking site was not showing the delivery. I receive a message telling me the delivery have been attempted. With no tracking data what am I supposed to do? The delivery company then wanted to charge me £25 for another deliver. That went down like a lead balloon if anything I should be offered a discounted price. When you are delivering things to people online they need to able to track them. So they know when they will arrive. Pehaps add some delivery instructions.

I'm very disappointed with this company as you make a lost as a customer. if on cancelling an order even before the 24hr hour they charge. Where ther should be a cooling of period to change your mind with out incurring charges & non receiving of goods.

It does say in our terms and conditions that all cancellations must be made within 24hrs of purchasing. This is due to items being dispatched next day etc this will incur charges of redelivery and restocking fees. Apologies again for the inconvenience.
One of the worst companies I genuinely have ever used! They take my money then say they haven't received it! Confirmed with my bank the money has gone out. Shop elsewhere!. This is a scam and a fraudulent company. In touch with the police

Hi Ahshan, We can only see you have requested a quotation on 07/09/2023, i have spoken to your account manager and can confirm you did not want to place your order until the items were in stock. Isabelle has tried to call you on several occasions but has been unable to speak to anyone. After looking at our bank transactions you have not tried to make payment. If you would like to call into the office and speak to a member of staff, they can help you. We are open Monday - Friday 0900-1700 Thank you Customer Service
The Captcha didn't load when myself or others tried to order by credit card causing an error so we could not pay this way, and using the proforma option delayed our order by a few days

Thank you for your comments but I can confirm the review is for our service and how you found our system not about the product, however I can confirm you have been dealing with my colleague and your delivery is booked in for Tuesday 1st August.
Needed a good quality, hard wearing cupboard for a pre-school so decided to spend a lot of money. Needed the cupboard to be secure so that the children would not be able to gain access if locked. The cupboard fell apart after two months hinges snapped and the lock would not line up so the children could open it. Did not think it would be unreasonable to ask for a refund but was told this was to be expected, they would send me new hinges instead, that was weeks ago still no fixings. Cupboard is redundant. Should have gone for cheap at Argos.

Bad communication from Rachel she ignored my last email of 2 days ago, 8.11.22. I waited all day for the delivery & finally exasperated at 13.50 rang to find out they were not coming today. Rachel, not helpful or useful for busy working people. However, salvation may be mine as a very organised senior customer services manager answered my call & rang courier immediately so is hopefully sorting it for me as we speak. There may be a God after all!!!

Apologies for the delay in your delivery, as per our email that was sent to you on the 2nd of November your item was returned to the warehouse as it was damaged by the carrier and replacement item raised, your delivery should be with you the latest Tuesday. I am so sorry you have had an issue with your item, I have checked for an email from yourself and haven't been able to find, would you mind sending the email trail over to custmerservices@costcuttersuk.com with you order number as the reference and we will be happy to assist you. We do advise if you do not receive a response with in 48hours of your email that you give us a call to confirm your email has been received and auctioned.
I have placed an order I have emailed about my delivery date and they have just sent me the invoice the money has gone out of my account the day I ordered and still no idea when I will receive this 3 weeks on

As per our web site it does state to contact us for a delivery date as we have had a slight delay on this item, we have however offered the Red as an alternative so please check your emails/Spam for a copy of this, if you haven't received a copy, please feel free to give us call at customer services and we can discuss further and an alternative email address for you. All customers get an emailed copy of their invoice as proof of purchase for your records. I hope this helps.
