“Amazing company and I would definitely use again. The customer service is great :) Very efficient and products arrived on time! We did have an issue with one of the cabinet doors, however after speaking to the customer service team, this was all sorted extremely quickly. The website was very easy to use and the prices were extremely competitive”

“I cannot speak more highly of the service I received from the lovely Rachel Shotton. She went above and beyond to ensure I received dinosaur tails in time for my son’s birthday. She checked the warehouse to see how many were in stock and then put a note on my order to ensure immediate dispatch. It was a last minute order as the company I used before I found Cost Cutters let me down. I ordered the Thursday morning and it arrived with me Friday morning, in time for my son’s birthday on Saturday. “Not a great first-time purchase. Ordered items to be told they were not available, and offered an alternative which I agreed at the time but they were too light in colour. Wanted to charge over £15 to return and restock the items. Disappointed. I will not order from them again.”

“Disappointing restocking fee of 30% per item when the wrong chairs were ordered. Whilst the Ts&Cs do say there maybe a restocking fee, 30% feels very high - when 7 chairs were ordered wrongly. (Item code was out by a single digit)! :(”

Hello, Our suppliers apply restocking and collection fees, which vary depending on the supplier and product. I've communicated extensively with Katherine, and together we've worked to minimise these costs as much as possible. While we understand that the chairs delivered were not the correct ones, the error was not on our end, so we are required to pass on these charges.

“Received an email from Alison with confirmation and I replied asking delivery timescale as it’s not in confirmation and still no reply after sending a second and third email. Obviously not great at communication and I won’t use CostCutters again”
