“Ordered furniture, was told on ad 2 - 3 days only to find after paying it was going to take over a month to get my furniture! If something is out of stock, then say it’s out of stock! I should have been given the choice of ordering it or finding something that was in stock. I just hope the furniture is worth waiting for…..Watch this space I guess 🤦🏼‍♀️”

“Excellent service Love the fact they communicate well and keep us informed about status of delivery.”

“Still waiting to receive my order. Placed on 12th January. Advised it would arrive on 5th February. When it didn't arrive I had to chase up to be told that it would now be delivered sometime w/c 19th February. Asked if I could cancel order as it was too late for my needs. Was told I would have to pay £25 to cancel! Agreed to keep the delivery order and emailed on 20th Feburary to see if the delivery would indeed be delivered w/c 19th February. New delivery date is now 27th February...”

“The prices are very good. The website very easy to follow and to select the items. The problem is that with the sales notification come additional requirements such as that you do not get a delivery date/ time unless you pay extra for that. And if you do not like anything on the order confirmation form, you have no more than 24 hrs. to respond. People might be travelling for a day without internet access. It might be weekend, when an office is not staffed. 24 hrs. does not make ssnse. Delivery is "curb side" only according to this email, but that does not make sense for houses set back from the road and larges offices who might have a big parking area in front of the building. Does the office staff have to carry the parcels all the way across the road?. But it turns out that this information is incorrect. My goods were delivered by "Panther Couriers" to the front door. They also call you the night before to discuss a most suitable delivery date. Then they sent a text with a time slot and call you by phone 1 hr. before. So do nog get enticed to pay for a delivery date/ time, you do not need it. The delivery service from Panther was very good. Drivers very polite and willing to help.The Maestro desks sold by Cost Cutters were very good as well. Easy to install and very well packed. In all all I am very pleased, but cost cutters have to update that next day confirmation email.”

“The delivery service is terrible. I purchased a chair. There was not way to track it. The tracking site was not showing the delivery. I receive a message telling me the delivery have been attempted. With no tracking data what am I supposed to do? The delivery company then wanted to charge me £25 for another deliver. That went down like a lead balloon if anything I should be offered a discounted price. When you are delivering things to people online they need to able to track them. So they know when they will arrive. Pehaps add some delivery instructions.”
