Hello, Apologies for the issue with the stock. Unfortunately on this occasion our supplier hadn't advised us of their stock issues which is why our website didn't reflect this.
Three large parcels - flatpack, left on the path in the rain. No notification of neaby delivery time. No one knocked at the door. I didn't sign for them. I didn't realise that it was flatpack (small wording on the website) Refund offered is only 2/3 of price paid.

Hello, Apologies that the delivery was left outside, deliveries are made directly from our supplier and not handled by us, I have passed your comments onto the relevant company. The description states 'Supplied flat pack for easy storage and simple assembly'. With reference to the refund, the deduction that I emailed you covers the collection and restocking fees from our supplier. These are in the Terms and Conditions.
ITEM NOT YET DELIVERED THREE ATTEMPTS TO GET AN UPDATE ON WHEN IT WILL BE AND NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK.

Poor- ordered in July, and have had to chase order. No apology either.

Thank you for your review. I can see from the account we have tried to call on a number of occasion to see if you wished to proceed with the order. When placing an order and paying by proforma we advise if you have had no response within 24 hours of making the payment to please call. When paying by proforma you must use your quotation number as the reference so your payment can be traced. I believe the payment has now been traced and your order has been processed. This will be with you week commencing the 30th January. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.
I have just been to collet four parcels to be told they only have two it was delivered in store on Monday it says I’m not sure what to do

Hi Lisa I think you need to contact the Store Cost Cutters as we are an online web site company I'm afraid not the Supermarket. I would advise it may be best to pop down to the Store with a copy of the notification you have received and hopefully someone in the store will be able to help you.
Easy to use website and easy to order but very long lead time for delivery which was acceptable as I was informed at ordering. 6-8 weeks for delivery. Then 2 days after placing the order a totally different company emailed to say there is a change to delivery date and it will now be 11 weeks minimum delivery which is after Christmas so very disappointed.

i sat in doors all day weighting for the item to arrive, as the delivery time was 08:00 to 17:00 and it did not arrive until Friday

I have received my order three days ago.The corrieur should read the address again when he got to the address if where the order is going to He should make sure the person receivin sign in in case there is a mistake he will proof by the signature He has delivered one to wrong address he should collect it back please Thank you

I do apologise that the carrier took to the wrong flat sometimes human errors do occur and I am aware the wrong door number was put on, but we got you out a replacement and have collected it from the other flat apologies again for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards Customer services

I can confirm you order has been dispatched and is out for delivery, i belive you spoke to customer servcies yesterday who advised they would be able to confirm this morning as i belive the order was only place last week and is on a 7-10 day lead time. i hope this helps. customer services
I was not told i would have to wait untill a week before christmas before i recieved my order, not happy.

Hello Ralph, Unfortunately the item you ordered is on a longer lead time due to the manufacturer having difficulties sourcing materials because of the current situation, it has caused delays and a back log of orders. However we have not stated a lead time on our website and asked customers to contact us for this information to try and manage the expectations. Afternoon Thank you for taking the time to write a review, however on this occasion I feel your comment is a little unfair, you contacted ourselves about a parcel carrier label that had missed part of the name off that was being delivered to a cargo hold, unfortunately we do not print the consignment notes the carrier company does, i can confirm your goods arrived in time and got to where they had to, I also contacted the other manufacturer and courier for you as requested and made sure that the contact name and cargo details where fully visible, so on this occasion I don't feel we could have done anything differently for you and I am sorry you feel that our actions where not enough.
Extremely disappointed lead time said 7-10 days been notified the chairs aren’t even leaving yourselves until 29th August 2021 Wanted for the summer but summer will be over by the time they come

I ordered a product in Stock, with website indicating lead time of 2 days. As I don't get the expected delivery, I call customer service and find out that actually, the lead time is of 3 weeks! Error on the website apparently. I have found it quite unprofessional as they could have informed me when confirming the order.

I am very disappointed that I ordered 4 tables from you only to be told they are not going to be in stock for months. If they are not in stock the website should say rather than taking my money and then the next day saying you don't have them.

Hi Gemma I am so sorry you were disappointed. Stock levels from our manufactures are changing on a daily basis we are therefore struggling to get lead times on items. We are happy to refund you.
Website said next day delivery, when item didn't arrive I contacted them to be told it was out of stock and wouldn't be available for weeks. I was told if I selected a different colour it would come on the next working day, was delivered a day later than promised. Item was damaged on delivery, I was offered a partial refund which I accepted but nearly 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. The company are now ignoring my emails

Hi we are very sorry you have had a bad experience. During the Covid19 outbreak we have struggled with couriers and deliveries. Your refund has been processed. We are currently very busy, i will ensure your emails are answered.
I ordered drawers in which to store prints. A delivery was made on Monday 11th March by a single driver who would have been unable to bring it into the house had our gardener not been present. When I returned home I found that it was so heavy that there was no way of getting it out of our hall. My husband is 81 and I am 75. I telephoned the number on the invoice and asked for the set of drawers to be returned. The person I spoke to said that the driver was quite close and would pick it up. The driver rang to say that he could not do it that night but would still be in the area the next morning and would pick it up which he did between about 8.30 am. Again had our gardener not been present the driver would never have been able to do it. That morning I received a phone call from Micky who said that I would incur charges. I would like to know why they are likely to be so high since the driver was still in the area. Also if the piece of furniture was so incredibly heavy why we were not warned about this and told that we should need removal men to place it in the room in which we wanted to put it. I suggest that because of this it was not of merchantable quality and should never have been sent to a private home. The driver was very understanding of our plight and has signed the invoice to say he has taken it back to the warehouse. I hope you will consider these problems when you receive the drawers and my message. I paid by credit card and if not happy with your decision will inform them of the problem. I took photos so that we could be sure it was still in the same condition as it arrived as when it was taken away. I was very disappointed with your service. I do not wish to write a public review just to let you what happened. Janet Martin
