Afternoon Sara Thank you for contacting our Customer Services Team, I sincerely apologise again for the delay in your item not being delivered but with that supplier going into liquidation suddenly this delay was out of our control hence the delay in your delivery and notification. This situation happened very fast and we had not been notified until today as explained when we spoke to you earlier. i am sorry we haven't been able to fulfil your order and more than happy to find you an alternative product as we are already looking for another supplier as we did not want to let you down. “Lead time = next day - Apparently this means sometime in July. I'm confused!!!!”

“I put an order and after a couple of hours realised one of the lines was wrong. I send an email straight away and they responded by email right after. The order wasn't ready, it wasn't set for delivery or even the paperwork wasn't prepares I trust because it happened around midnight. they send me an invoice for £25+£5VAT for this cancellation. It is disgusting.. Nothing more than rip off.”

“Do not use this company. Delivery never arrived. Blaming courier for loss of parcel but courier were never in contact. Full of ridiculous excuses, gave plenty of time to sort out the order and finally asked for refund. No surprises I’m still waiting for the refund despite all the promises in the world to make sure I would be kept in contact and refund would be sorted. Never again!”

“Kerry Deckx was the saving grace of my Cost Cutters experience! There were huge issues on my order and delivery and several weeks of confusion and stress. The only thing that made it bearable was Kerry's excellent customer service and care. Kerry went above and beyond to keep me informed and to try and correct all the issues that were beyond her control, she even took the time to call me on her day off to check my delivery had arrived and followed up with me to check I was ok. Thanks so much Kerry - if it wasn't for your acts of kindness this would be a very different review!”

“Very good wed site, and the prices are very good. Delivery is excellent and if you have a problem the customer service will sort it and let you know that day. I will be using Cost cutters UK again. I had a damaged Go-Pak trolley stand and the driver informed use and he took a photo and took it back and the next day a replacement arrived.”
