“Am writing this review to amend my previous review sent on ? 15th Oct. regarding the office chair I was unhappy about because it wasn’t assembled properly when I received it. The issue was resolved with the assistance of Abi Hart. I got a replacement for which am happy about. Ian from Drams Furniture Ltd. kindly explained to me how to operate the chair and happy to say that the chair was perfect. Thank you, Estela Damian”

“Terrible service! We have had huge pay equipment delivered on random days with no prior warning. Was delivered with no instructions and all of the hardware screws, nuts and bolts missing! We contacted them and they have not sent out replacement parts. Awful customer service who do not respond to calls or emails. Stay well away and shop elsewhere.”
