“Becky and the team have been extremely helpful - customer service has been second to none. Though a product may have not been in stock, they have gone out their way to source and keep me informed regularly. Definitely my go-to!”

“Amazing company and I would definitely use again. The customer service is great :) Very efficient and products arrived on time! We did have an issue with one of the cabinet doors, however after speaking to the customer service team, this was all sorted extremely quickly. The website was very easy to use and the prices were extremely competitive”

“I cannot speak more highly of the service I received from the lovely Rachel Shotton. She went above and beyond to ensure I received dinosaur tails in time for my son’s birthday. She checked the warehouse to see how many were in stock and then put a note on my order to ensure immediate dispatch. It was a last minute order as the company I used before I found Cost Cutters let me down. I ordered the Thursday morning and it arrived with me Friday morning, in time for my son’s birthday on Saturday. Thank you so much for such fantastic service and I look forward to purchasing more from Cost Cutters in the future.”
