“Freya was amazing - she price matched against TTS and GLS. She was always available to speak to me and always ensured that she phoned back! She was patient and knowledgeable and friendly! “Cost Cutters UK have been fantastic from start to finish. The level of service we’ve received has been outstanding, and a huge part of that is thanks to Rachel, our account manager. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we asked what felt like 1001 questions, Rachel handled everything with patience, clarity, and genuine care. Delivery was prompt, and on the one occasion where there was a slight issue with an item, it was resolved instantly without any hassle. Their price‑match service is excellent too, allowing us to streamline our ordering and rely on one supplier for all our needs. “I needed 2 round plastic picnic tables for our village hall but was on a tight budget and timeframe of only 4 weeks. I spoke to 2 different members of the sales team who were both incredibly helpful, sourcing me the tables within budget and timeframe. The phone was answered quickly each time I called, emails were sent and when the 1st set of tables were going to arrive too late they called other suppliers to get an alternative before my deadline. Can’t thank them enough and happy to give a 10/10 for service.”

“I cannot speak more highly of the service I received from the lovely Rachel Shotton. She went above and beyond to ensure I received dinosaur tails in time for my son’s birthday. She checked the warehouse to see how many were in stock and then put a note on my order to ensure immediate dispatch. It was a last minute order as the company I used before I found Cost Cutters let me down. I ordered the Thursday morning and it arrived with me Friday morning, in time for my son’s birthday on Saturday.
