After a delivery issue where only 1 box of 2 was delivered the email service afterwards was outstanding, quick, helpful and a re-order of box 2 arrived

I ordered some kids beams and when they arrived we were disappointed to discover 2 main screws were missing! I got on the phone and Abi quickly made contact with the manufacturers for me and kept me informed as to what they said and got the replacement screws sent out the following day. Thank you to Abi!

Fast service. Two pieces of the dolls house we ordered were damaged....cost cutters followed this up with the supplier and replacement pieces were sent to us.

Customer service was excellent throughout despite a hiccup I had with product. I didn’t have to reach out again down the line to chase and received a follow-up email and call. Impressed. This should be how all companies operate.

Dissapointing that no discount / free delivery available when requested for a not for profit organisation, but as soon as the order is placed a "thank you we would like to give you £50 OFF when you spend £500 (ex vat)" is immediately sent. Leaves me feeling dissapointed and concerned re the type of company I am dealing with. Delivery date not confirmed at checkout - Latest date confirmed as 31.05.24 so delivery on time box ticked as no.

We value your support and, as a token of our appreciation, we're extending a £50 discount for your next purchase of £500 (ex. VAT). We understand the timing might have felt off, and we apologise for any inconvenience. We also apologise for any confusion regarding the delivery date. Delivery times inaccurate. Website gives a lead time i.e 7-10 days after chasing because i had no thave any indication of a delivery i was advised they get there products direct from manufacturers so therefore there delivery times are subject to change and they cannot control this. Advised they can't control this but if they do not directly dispatch or stck the items themselves they should not advertise lead times at all. Advised my item wont be in stock until at least the end of the month, seller charges £25 to cancel orders also. It was our first time trying cost cutters as a supplier; i wont be using again. Customer services was basically unapologetic

Really great prices and super fast delivery. I had been looking for these chairs forever. So happy with them. The only thing I could be critical of is the text message from DX Freight advising delivery between 7am and 6pm. Surely they could give a 2 hour delivery slot.
