“One of the worst companies I genuinely have ever used! They take my money then say they haven't received it! Confirmed with my bank the money has gone out. Shop elsewhere!. This is a scam and a fraudulent company. In touch with the police”

Hi Ahshan, We can only see you have requested a quotation on 07/09/2023, i have spoken to your account manager and can confirm you did not want to place your order until the items were in stock. Isabelle has tried to call you on several occasions but has been unable to speak to anyone. After looking at our bank transactions you have not tried to make payment. If you would like to call into the office and speak to a member of staff, they can help you. We are open Monday - Friday 0900-1700 Thank you Customer Service

“The shopping experience was very enjoyable and efficient. I ordered two desks late on a Tuesday night, with a lead-in time of 5-7 days. However, the next morning I was contacted by Dams through the telephone, informing me that they could deliver on Thursday morning! Everything arrived safely and the delivery drivers were excellent and courteous despite having to travel 5 hours from the depot to me in Southeast Scotland. Thank you, will definitely be using Cost Cutters UK again.”
