“Got my full Cornerstone kit today and it is fantastic the full kit is well worth the money especially the aftershave balm, worth the money on its own!”

“Hi just got my new cornerstone razor and had my first shave with the razor and have found that it was a uncomfortable shave my face feels sore and red and wasn't as cleaner shave as my old razor, my overall few of this product takes me back to shaving with a old type of undoing the top of it and putting in a single blade so I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone else.”

“I've had my first few shaves and I am very impressed indeed with the razor. I'm retired and so I don't need (or want!) to shave every day, I'm finding that the shave I get is so close that it lasts for at least two and maybe even three days, so I'm well pleased. A great product and company, thoroughly recommended.”

“I must say that I didn't really believe the advertising. How could anything be as good as the reviews? They were obviously fake, so I thought. Instead, It is amazing. The only time I have experienced such a shave was at a barbers' shop. It does everything it says on the box. I am not interested in the gel, I use a brush and shaving cream. However for me, all of the other products - great.”

“Great company, great philosophy, great communication, reliable delivery, good website. I'd really love to give them five stars, but I can't quite. The products are unfussy and have a really nice feel. I really appreciate the non-foaming shave gel and the post-shave balm, and the engraved solid handle they provide free feels great. Simple and unfussy packaging is another plus. The only problem for me is the blades. They're big, and they don't glide as well as a Wilkinson Sword Quattro Titanium. They also cost more, and they don't have a trimmer blade. They glide so badly they tend to squeak on my face on the second pass, possibly because of the amount of microfins (although the Quattro has fins as well). I really want to back this company, and recommend it to my friends. They deserve to win. But with a less satisfactory shaving experience and more expensive disposables than at least one of their competitors, it's difficult to find a USP other than their customer service, which is excellent. (Gillette is more expensive, Wilkinson Sword generally cheaper, looking at comparable products & pack sizes on the Boots website). Cornerstone: I love your approach, I love your products apart from the thing that goes on the razor handle. You've been saying a trimmer blade is in the pipeline for ever. Please come up with a new blade design that glides better and has a trimmer. I'm sticking with you for now, but the squeaking is getting to me.”

“I've just got back from shaving using the razor from Cornerstone, and I can honestly say, without any exaggeration, was the best shave in my life. I have tried razors from Gillette to King of Shaves, Cornerstone is the top of a hill. There was no painful tugs, no cuts and no problems whatsoever. Very impressive product, my only complaint is that Cornerstone is charging £14 for a razor with 6 blades, however this is a small drawback and there is a lot to compensate this razor has to offer, including the quality and their top-notch design. They even engraved my initials on my razor handle, which is a nice touch. Much obliged, Cornerstone.”

“I think the the whole package is fantastic. The razor head moves effortlessly with the shape of my face, it is a comfortable weight in my hand and the shaving gel smells great and leaves my skin soft and unirritated. My only gripe is that my hair gets constantly jammed in the blades to the point I have to use an old toothbrush to unclog it. I don't know if it's the blades or the gel being quite sticky? Or even if I'm doing something wrong? But I hv never really had this problem before. Any advice?”

Hi Mark, that's good to hear. I'm sorry you're experiencing clogging blades, we recommend swishing your blades around in a small cup of water (holding your razor by the handle) - this should unclog most hairs. We're actually working on a new razor head with slightly larger spacing, we'll be sure to keep you updated!

“I’m very pleased. I’ve shaved with a Gillette Mach 3 for many years and didn’t really believe that could be much improved. I’ve to say that I was wrong. I was immediately struck by the quality of the products and the difference they’ve made to my shave. Others have noticed and commented too. The razor and the gel are exceptional. I’m a very satisfied customer.”

“I ordered my cornerstone razor using a offer code given to me by a work colleague. The razor arrived in the post within 48 hrs in a welcome pack which included a magazine, the personalised razor and spare blades. I have used the razor every day for the last week and so far so good - it definitely gives a better shave than a Gillette, and in the long run will end up being a lot cheaper. Would highly recommend to anyone, definitely worth trying.”

“Over the last 50+ years I have tried almost every wet shave safety razor known to man. I've now been using the Cornerestone razor for just under a month and found it very good: comfortable to use; no nicks or bump so far.I like a very close shave and have found that I don't get quite as long a blade life as with my Gillette Fusion ProGlide. The blade prices are roughly comparable ( I buy from COSTCO which is cheaper than the supermarkets where you'll pay about £2.50 per blade as against Cornerstone's £2.33) so the difference is minimal and I do prefer the overall "feel" of Cornerstone. No problems at all with the handle, no slippage even when wet. I look forward to Cornerstone producing a foam as this is my preferred shaving product.”

“I ordered your blades and razor and tried them not expecting them to come up to the standard of Gillette that I have used for years but they have become more expensive over time and I recently tried Wilkinson sword blades and I was disappointed they were like shaving with a blunt blade and they in my opinion she just make swords not blunt razor blades however on using your blades I was truly amazed they gave an excellent shave and outlasted other blades and stayed sharp longer and I congratulate you for the design of the razor and blades and I will be happy to keep receiving them ,Thankyou.
