“The Cornerstone shaving products are fantastic. The blades give you a close shave and the Shave Gel is the best gel I have ever tried. My only slight gripe and it might just be my shaving technique but I find the handle very slippery when my hands are wet. A slight rubber grip on the side would help dramatically. However I just dry my hands now before I shave :) Highly recommended.”

It's so nice to hear that you're enjoying the Cornerstone shave Brendan! However, I am sorry that you've had some difficulties with the handle; we do also recommend that our members dry their hands before shaving. I'm glad that this has done the trick for you :-) Not to worry though; we are constantly working on new ways to improve the handle's grip, so do keep your eyes peeled for this ;-)

“I'm afraid that I'm not getting on with my razor so well. A big improvement on the original design but the razor handle slips in your fingers when shaving. It needs grips adding.”

Thanks so much for your feedback Joe. It's definitely a shame to hear that you're not getting on so well with our new handle. We do advise our members to ensure that their hands are totally dry before proceeding to shave; I'm very sorry if this is already a part of your routine. We are however always looking at new ways to further develop our handle, so do keep your eyes peeled :-)

“Ok so they sent me a box that had no razor blades inside. You can only contact them via their website. Response is extremely poor, so on that note so is customer services. I have cancelled my account for that reason. Now I have to try and recover my payment to them.”

I am very sorry you did not receive your blades and that you feel this way Adrian. Our aim is to always reply to our members as speedily as possible which is why we tried to answer you within the first hour. Please do let us know if there was anything else we could have done better. As your order was delivered without the razor blades, my colleague offered to either refund you or send you a new pack of blades. I am sorry if you feel this was not the right course of action but we like to give our members a choice. I am happy to see the issue has now been resolved and I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
