“The email that came through with an up to date quote was very helpful and the best quote by quite a way.
Everything was nice and simple and straight forward, until I went through to the actual insurance company website where I had to go through some of the quote again, and then, on buying the insurance, I had to go through everything again and more.
And I still have no clue, off the top of my head, who my insurer is. Probably ought to look that bit up.
