“I would say I would recommend you until today when I have tried to claim my reward which has been completely impossible & I’ve given up ! I think it’s unlikely I will use you again as this was part of the attraction using your website! Very disappointed!”

“I bought my car insurance via Confused.com but there was little difference between the cheapest via them for home insurance & the renewal price offer from my existing home insurance provider . I have always used the comparison site prior to contacting the selected insurer by 'phone. On this occasion the usual phone contact number was not given . I lack the confidence to proceed without personal contact to verify my purchase.”

“When I was transferred from your website to Hastings Direct, the final paperwork said that I was a first time buyer. I’m not and I don’t remember declaring that on the questionnaire. I rang Hastings and they wanted to charge me £20 to take this information off. I refused to pay this as it was not my fault. Can you please check why this happened?”

“Confused.com as a company are great when it comes to the business end with a very competitive price structure, but when it comes down to the free coffees from Greggs I have found that they don't appear to listen to me when I tell them on more than one occasion that I cannot get access to their app when I try to download it, I keep getting the same message that my user name or email address is not recognised. There is nothing wrong with my email address. I therefore cannot gain access to my so called free coffees from Greggs for the 12 months as promised. can someone please make the effort to help me find a way round this problem!!”

“I’ve used Confused.com for many years but disappointed that the quoted prices literally expire within 24hrs or thereafter. This means I don’t have access to that initial quote where a price may have been more favourable and would be helpful if the link stays there for access.”
