“I think that the explanations of answers could be better: i.e. External walls - so my walls are built of brick but covered in cement, from ground up. What is meant - GoCompare added photos - could you and GoComare add photos of cement?
Number of rooms is confusing too - I assume it is to get a rough sq.m. of house for building costs if it should be destroyed. But what is meant by a room? GoCompare is better at this - go look. As there are dire warnings about not giving truthful info it is so stressing. I am not a builder - is the flat roof on the extension only 10% of roof space? I live next to a man-made lake - on a sloping drive down to road surrounding it. I know it is a low flood risk area”
